About Roudon-Smith

The winery is tucked away in a beautiful and sunny setting within the redwood trees of Scotts Valley, just minutes from Highway 17. The hyphenated name originates from Bob Roudon and Jim Smith, two engineers who made an exciting career change back in 1972. With their recent retirement, the 3rd generation Santa Cruz Hunt family and the Drewke family took over with an obligation to continue their legacy.

Every Saturday from Noon to 4:30pm you can join us for wine tasting (call ahead for winter schedule) and enjoy our picnic facilities in a tranquil and beautiful setting on Bean Creek Road.
