The wine is done in a Rhone style with layered fruit leading to herbal flavors on the palate. The wine was aged in neutral oak quite similar to the techniques commonly used in the Cotes du Rhone.
This wine is done in a style to compliment the citrus and minerality of the Santa Cruz Mountains. It opens with a nose that features citrus blossoms supported with notes of white peach and spice. This is followed with flavors of grapefruit, Eureka lemon, and peach on the palate leading to a nice finish.
